Do you ever find yourself comparing your kids to other kids, or comparing you own parenting to other moms? Comparison-making, whether in real life or on social media, is normal but can often result in anxiety, guilt, shame, and envy for parents.
Join Vivvi and Dr. Ilyse Dobrow DiMarco, clinical psychologist and author of Mom Brain, as we discuss coping with comparing. You will learn helpful strategies for challenging comparison-making, and you’re invited to come with your own questions as well.
We’ll also talk about managing mom stress in general, including during the holidays, which can be a particularly stressful time for many people.
This a free event, but RSVPs are required by 12pm ET the day of the talk. Everyone who signs up will receive an email ahead of time with instructions for joining via Zoom, and a recording will be sent to registrants afterward in case you miss it. Moms from anywhere are welcome to attend!
By signing up for this event, you agree to be added to the Mom Crew and Vivvi mailing lists. You may unsubscribe at any time. If you would like to join without opting in, please email Mom Crew.
