Pediatric dentist Dr. Fatina of Gramercy Kids Smiles became trained in tongue-tie and lip-tie treatments after going through diagnosis and treatment with her own son. She’ll explain the effects that a tongue or lip tie can have on feeding and dental care, as well as treatment options for parents to consider.
She’ll also discuss how to care for your baby’s oral health in the first year and will answer any questions you might have about teething, brushing, pacifiers, thumb-sucking, bottles, sippy cups, the first dental visit, and more.
This a free event, but RSVPs are required by 11am ET on the day of the talk. Everyone who signs up will receive an email ahead of time with instructions for joining via Zoom, as well as a recording of the talk afterward in case you miss it.
By signing up for this event, you agree to be added to the Mom Crew and Gramercy Kids Smiles mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time. If you would like to join without opting in, please email Mom Crew.
Dr. Fatina of Gramercy Kids Smiles, a Board Certified pediatric dentist and mom herself of a two-year-old, has a gift with children. She has set up her office to be a very kid-friendly space that babies, toddlers and older children alike will enjoy visiting. She’ll show your child what she’s going to do ahead of time to make them feel comfortable, and she’ll also teach the parents how to continue the care at home.
