One of NYC’s best personal trainers, Joshua Margolis of Mind Over Matter, is putting on an exclusive trial class just for Mom Crew! You can bring your baby too.

Most moms don't realize the stress put on the muscles that are weakened from pregnancy. Just like babies have to develop their muscles, so do new mommies. Being a new mom can also take a toll on your posture, since activities like nursing, picking up baby, playing with baby, and even pushing a stroller, can cause moms to hunch over or use muscles in a way that can cause problems.

So let’s work on building back up your strength and improving your posture and techniques! In this 30 minute class you'll learn how to use your body efficiently and productively, making day-to-day tasks as a new mom easier. You'll focus on your core and posture while bonding with your baby and building social connections with other moms.

This a free event, but RSVPs are required by 12pm ET on the day of the talk. An email will be sent to everyone who signs up ahead of time with instructions for joining via Zoom from your computer, tablet or phone.
