Join Charlotte Blake, founder of Charlotte Blake Pilates, for a virtual talk and workshop on diastasis recti and how pilates can help with pelvic floor healing. She’ll provide some helpful information, along with a few exercises that you can do at home to help heal your postpartum body after giving birth. New and expectant moms are both welcome to attend!
Charlotte will also be giving away two FREE group postnatal pilates classes taught by her on Saturdays at 11:30am ET. Must be present on the call for a chance to win.
